The management of NEW ERMES EUROPE is committed to a process of Quality implementation at every level of the company, in compliance with the requirements of the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard.
The main objectives appear to be:
- the dissemination of its products and services;
- compliance with requirements
- the continuous improvement of the performance of its business processes;
- full customer satisfaction;
- the improvement of supplier relations and performance
- the implementation and development of its systems in order to provide customers with ever new technological solutions to their (their) needs
- the creation of a corporate culture oriented toward continuous improvement.
The Executive Board therefore aims to:
- increase preventive activities in order to decrease the costs of non-quality, given by Customer reports, through corrective actions;
- optimize management processes in order to increase the company's competitiveness and market opportunities;
- optimize relations with suppliers in order to make them participate in the set goals;
- monitor customer satisfaction through appropriate methods established in the Management Review;
For this purpose, a Quality Plan is prepared annually that defines the objectives by process of NEW ERMES EUROPE (Indicators and Objectives)
COMMUNICATE QUALITY POLICY
It is the will of management to communicate the Quality Policy to all internal resources, this is done through display on the company bulletin board and feedback through internal audits. The same policy, in order to enhance continuous improvement, is also transmitted to suppliers deemed strategic.
